Parlamento Mundial de Segurança e Paz - Órgão Internãogovernamental da WPO observador da ONU, foi criado na Eco 92 na Cidade do Rio de Janeiro, onde as ONGS participantes necessitavam de uma voz ativa e não serem joguetes dos Chefes de Estados, pois hoje as ONGS do mundo são a principal e mais poderosa força a do TERCEIRO SETOR estamos com nossos estatutos arquivados na ECOSOC / ESANGO Organização da Sociedade Civil das Nações Unidas sob n.o 617611 aguardando Status Consultivo.

A base do Parlamento Mundial de Segurança e Paz é a defesa de todas as cidades do mundo assim como a segurança das nações para assegurar o direito público internacional e as leis privadas. Todos os estados que desejam participar do Parlamento deverão manter um relacionamento moral, diplomático, cultural, religioso e econômico com todos os outros países membros.

Todas as  nações são membros de direito e a representação perante o parlamento deve ser através dos seus Mediadores de Conflitos Internacionais, os quais deverão ser capazes de garantir a defesa cidadania e da Paz Mundial.

Qualquer cidadão que em sua comunidade goze de prestigio e moral ilibada, pode ser um integrante do parlamento vigiando os atentados as Constituições dos Países democráticos, bem como os Direitos Humanos.

Alto Comissário de Direitos Humanos são pessoas que concluem o Curso de Formação em Direitos Humanos e estão prontos a trabalhar e auxiliar a sociedade e poderes públicos na elaboração e execução de projetos sociais e filantrópicos em busca de melhorias e condições de vida para todos.

Boa Vista Capital de Roraima tem recebido recentemente milhares de refugiados do regime Venezuelano de Nicolas Maduro que abandonando na Venezuela casa bens materiais buscam no Brasil uma liberdade para arrumar um emprego e darem as suas famílias as mínimas condições de vida.

Ocorre que Boa Vista e uma Capital sem nenhum parque industrial maioria da população vivendo do estado prefeitura e suas autarquias possuindo somente um hospital para atender uma população de mais 300.000  habitantes, hoje estimasse em mais de 40.000 Venezuelanos somente em Boa Vista sem contar com deslocamento dos refugiados para outros municípios esse numero se eleva.

Governo Federal liberou recursos emergências para socorro aos refugiados em Roraima ocorre que estes recursos não estão sendo aplicados e se tiverem sendo estão sendo mal aplicados em beneficio dos refugiados.

Existem vários galpões pertencentes ao governo estadual e município que poderia abrigar dignamente os refugiados com banheiros químicos para que os voluntários “GUERREIROS DE DEUS” posam com mais facilidade distribuir alimentos roupas sapatos como já vem fazendo.

NÃO E INTERESSE DO PARLAMENTO manter estes refugiados em Roraima fazendo dessa calamidade a indústria milionária da fome como muitos estão fazendo e interesse sim, deslocar para estados com polos industriais estes refugiados todos com profissões indo de um Juiz Federal refugiado a mecânicos, engenheiros, professores, enfim todos os segmentos de trabalho existem mão qualificada dentre os refugiados.

SARAMPO erradicado do Brasil desde 2016 “Conseguimos, aqui no Brasil, uma excelente cobertura vacinal contra o sarampo. Para que se tenha uma ideia, desde 2001 não temos registro de sarampo autóctone, isto é, adquirido dentro de nosso país. Em 2016 a Organização Panamericana de Saúde (OPAS) conferiu ao Brasil o certificado de eliminação do sarampo.  Isso é motivo para comemoração.” Dra. Ana Ecobar Fonte G1 Dra. Ana Escobar responde.

E ESTRANHO GOVERNO ESTADUAL E MUNICIPAL NÃO ATENDER A DEMANDA DE ALIMENTAÇÃO  destes refugiados isto tem disso feito por Voluntários do Terceiro Setor,

O WORLD PARLAMENT OF SECURITY AND PEACE através do nosso ALTO COMISSÁRIO DE DIREITOS HUMANOS MARCOS AURELIO DE OLIVEIRA AZEVEDO tem coordenado buscando lideranças religiosas para atender pelo menos uma refeição por dia e o quadro que se vê e alarmante as condições sub-humanas que estão vivendo estes refugiados o Presidente Themer no Carnaval juntamente com Ministros esteve em Roraima liberou recursos emergencial e nada se tem feito com estes recursos, cabe ao governo enviar auditores para analisar as contas, prova é que existem galpões tanto do governo estadual e municipal que poderiam com estes recursos estarem abrigando das fortes chuvas estes refugiados lhe dando condições melhores e prevenindo doenças que podem se tornar pandemia.
